What we offer

• Low MOQ - Custom orders start from just 12 units, making it accessible for smaller businesses and events
• Discounts are calculated on a sliding scale depending on quantity and customisation (see below)
• Custom Scents - Choose from our existing range of scents, or work with us to choose a bespoke fragrance
• Products can be supplied in Cera Fusa branded packaging or you can add your own logo, colours and personalised label design. We'll collaborate with you to ensure it aligns with your brand.

• 12-23 units - 15% discount
• 24-47 units - 20% discount
• 48+ units - 30% discount

What we ask of you

• Design Collaboration - We'll guide you through the process of getting the branding right, and we ask that you support us with good communication and bringing us a rough idea of your expectations
• Lead Time - Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to handcraft your order (following approval from you), and slightly longer if there's a high level of customisation. If you wish to expedite your order, we can do this for an additional fee
• Use Restrictions - Items ordered this way are not to be resold
• Payment - Full payment is required upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Setup Fee - A small setup fee may apply to lower-quantity custom orders to cover design and printing costs
