where are your products made?

all our products are hand-crafted in Plymouth, UK, in our studio.

how are your products made?

our candles and wax melt bars are made with high-quality, natural ingredients. we use 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and premium eco-friendly fragrance oils.

our products are free from harmful chemicals and additives.

are your products vegan-friendly and cruelty free?

of course! everything we produce, and the ingredients we use, meet these standards. we're very strict about sourcing components which are not tested on animals, don't contain animal products, and are good for our environment.

how should I care for my candle?

to ensure the best performance from your candle, trim the wick to 0.5cm before each use.

allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container during each burn to prevent tunnelling.

keep your candle away from drafts and burn it on a heat-resistant surface.

how should I use my wax melt bars?

we recommend using 2 squares at a time, which will give you between 12-18 hours of fragrance.

follow the instructions that came with your wax melt burner for best results.

how long do your candles last?

on average, our candles burn for approximately 40-45 hours, but we highly recommend not burning them for more than 4 hours at a time.

are your products safe to use around pets and children?

our products are made with non-toxic ingredients, but it’s always best to exercise caution when burning candles or using wax melters around pets & children.

ensure the candle/wax melter is placed out of reach and in a well-ventilated area.

how strong is the fragrance of your candles?

our candles are designed to provide a pleasant and balanced fragrance that fills a room without being overpowering.

the strength of the scent can vary based on the size of the room and how long you burn the candle for.

where do you ship to?

we ship our products within the UK currently.

how long does delivery take?

delivery times can vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. generally, you can expect the following:

  • standard shipping: 3-5 business days
  • express shipping: 1-2 business days

please allow 1-2 business days for order processing as we are a small business. while we aim to meet these delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may affect your delivery time.

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items you've ordered and your location.

can I track my order?

yes! when you order has been shipped you'll receive the tracking information via email. you'll also get updates via the Shop app if you have this installed.

what if I am unhappy with my product?

we strive to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchases. if you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. the product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

to initiate a return, please get in touch using the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. we will provide you with return instructions.

once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you have any questions or need help, get in touch.

can I amend my order?

if you need to make changes to your order, simply drop us an email to help@cerafusa.co.uk, and someone will be in touch to assist you. we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

if your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or amend it. however, you can follow our return process once you receive the order.

how do I check the status of my order?

you can check the status of your order at any time, by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

what should I do if I receive a damaged item?

we strive to provide you with the best products and take care at every step to ensure it arrives in the same condition it leaves us.

in the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. we'll assess the damage and contact you to process a replacement or return and refund.

what is your returns policy?

we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. items must be unused and in their original packaging.

can I return a candle if I don't like the smell?

if you are not satisfied with your scent choice, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

when will I receive my refund?

once we receive your returned items and they pass our checks, we will process your refund. once it's been processed you'll be notified via email and the funds will make their way back to you within normal bank processing times (it's usually within 7 working days).

can I add a gift message to my order?

yes! in the basket there's an option at the bottom to add gift information if you're sending it to someone special.

please make sure you include who the gift is for, any messages you want to include (keep it brief, our cards are only small!) and who the gift will be from.

are you cat or dog people?

we have two gorgeous Norwegian forest cats (you might see them on our social media), but we also love dogs!
