Our policy covers 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • gift cards
  • partially used candles
  • partially used wax melt bars
  • accidental damage
  • sale items
  • custom/personalised items

To complete your return, we will ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return your item, contact us using the contact form on our website, and we will get back to you with return information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

If your claim is rejected, we'll return your products to you for free.

late or missing refunds. (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form on our website.

sale items. (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are excluded from this return policy.

exchanges. (if applicable)

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available if the item arrives defective, was damaged in transit, or if you wish to swap it for another.

If you need to exchange your item, contact us using the contact form on our website, and we will get back to you with exchange information.

return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange or return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service, to guarantee the return arrives with us, especially if you are returning items totalling over £75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and aren’t responsible for any items that go missing during the return shipping process. If this does happen, please contact your chosen shipping company.

custom/personalised orders.

Unfortunately, any orders comprised of custom/personalised items are excluded from this return policy. Custom items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

We will of course work closely with you during the design process for custom/personalised items so ask that you regularly check that you are happy with all elements before we proceed with making your order.
