All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment. Please be aware that during sales and promotions, lead times may increase. Please bear with us if this is the case.
delivery locations.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

We offer two delivery options, and delivery cost is based on total weight of the order:
standard delivery (3-5 working days):

express delivery (1-2 working days):
- from £4.50
You'll be shown the appropriate delivery options at checkout. Both delivery options provide full tracking.
All UK orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
We've chosen to partner with Royal Mail because they have the UK's lowest carbon footprint for a shipping carrier, and this is important to us for sustainability.
local collection.
If you live local to Plymouth, you have the option of collecting your order from us. Just choose ‘Pickup in Store’ in the list of delivery options, and we’ll be in touch to arrange your collection. Please do not travel to the store location until we have confirmed a collection date and time with you.
delivery times.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within the specified delivery time for the chosen shipping option.
Once your items are shipped, if there are significant delays, please let us know by using the contact form on our website, so that we can investigate it with our shipping partner(s).
items damaged in transit.
We take every precaution in packing your items to protect them during transit, but in the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged let us know using the contact form on our website, and we’ll be in touch to ask for photos of the damage so that we may assess it.
lost or stolen items.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon enquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping partner information for you to investigate with the relevant shipping partner.
returning your product.
In line with our return policy, if you wish to return your product, contact us using the contact form on our website, and we will get back to you with return information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning items totalling over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and aren’t responsible for any items that go missing during the return shipping process.
