other wax melts not cutting it for you?

welcome to the club. here is some information we think you'll find useful when unpacking your new wax melts.

wax melt care + safety.

important information regarding the safe use of our wax melts.

  • ✔ do.

    • make sure that your wax melter is placed on a heat-resistant surface
    • use only standard size tea lights (approx 4 hr burn)
    • keep wax melter away from furniture, curtains, and other flammable items
    • put out tea lights before leaving the room, and before you go to bed
    • keep wax melts, the wax melter, matches and lighters away from children and pets
    • keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris
    • ensure your wax melter is well ventilated but kept out of draughts
    • wait for the wax pool to solidify before moving

  • ✘ don't.

    • put them under shelves or in enclosed spaces
    • ever leave your wax melter unattended
    • blow out candles, it can send sparks and hot wax flying
    • use candles in, or near a tent
    • move a wax melter when it’s in use, or immediately after
    • put your fingers or hands into the wax melter while it's in use
    • don't place your wax melter near another source of heat (radiator, fire etc.)
    • add water, essential oils or any other substances to the bowl
    • allow the bowl to dry completely while still lit

wax melters can become extremely hot when in use, please be careful of handling the melter whilst switched on/the tea light is lit, and immediately after switching off/extinguishing.

allow the melter to cool down, and the wax melt to solidify before you handle it.

how to use.

we recommend using 2 squares at a time, this will give you 12-18 hours of fragrance.

prepare: place your wax melt in the dish of an electric or tea light wax warmer. ensure the warmer is on a heat-safe surface and away from flammable materials.

heat: turn on your electric warmer or light an unscented tea light (we recommend a 2 or 4 hour tea light) beneath the dish. the wax will gently melt, releasing its beautiful fragrance.

enjoy: relax as your space fills with a long-lasting scent that'll leave your guests truly impressed.

replace: once the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool and solidify before removing it from the dish. replace with a fresh melt to continue enjoying your favourite scents.

storage
always store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
