welcome to the club. here is some information we think you'll find useful when unpacking your new reed diffuser.

reed diffuser care + safety.

important information regarding safe use of our reed diffusers.

  • do.

    • remove all packaging before assembling the reed diffuser
    • keep reed diffusers away from furniture, curtains, clothes and hair
    • keep reed diffusers away from naked flames and other heat sources
    • keep away from children and pets
    • wear gloves when handling the reed diffuser, and wash your hands after handling, avoiding touching your eyes
    • place on a level, protected surface and wipe up any spillages of diffuser oil
  • don't.

    • ingest any part of the reed diffuser or the fragrance oil inside it
    • light the reeds
    • handle the reed diffuser with bare hands
    • handle infused reeds with bare hands
    • pour the contents down any waste water points (sink/toilet/gutter drain)

reed diffuser liquid can cause serious eye irritation and allergic reactions on skin. if you get any in or around your eyes, seek immediate medical attention.

they can also be harmful to aquatic life, so dispose of them responsibly.

skin contact - remove any contaminated clothing immediately and rinse your skin with plenty of clean water. If skin irritation should occur, always seek professional medical attention.

eye contact - rinse your eyes with plenty of clean water for several minutes. If you wear contact lenses, remove these and continue rinsing your eyes. If eye irritation should occur, always seek professional medical attention.

if swallowed - SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION AND CALL 999.

allergies - if you suffer from perfume sensitivity, you should exercise caution when using reed diffuser products.
