At Cera Fusa we’re proud to create high-quality, handmade products that bring warmth and ambiance to any space, without compromising on sustainability.

We’ve created these wholesale terms to make our partnership smooth, fair, and genuinely rewarding for both sides. If you have any questions, please get in touch using the details at the end of this page.

minimum order quantities.

All products are prepared for wholesale in pack sizes that ensure safe shipping and consistent stock levels:

• Candles – Sold in packs of 6. Orders must be in multiples of 6.
• Wax Melt Bars – Sold in packs of 10. Orders must be in multiples of 10.
  

Discovery Orders (One-time offer for new stockists):

If you'd like to sample a range of our candles or wax melts before committing to a full order, you can request one of our discovery packs

• Candle Discovery Pack - 8 core range candles for £100 (37.5% discount). Shipping fees apply.
• Wax Melt Discovery Pack - 8 core range wax melt bars for £25.60 (20% discount). Shipping fees apply.

Initial Orders:

• Candles - Minimum of 24 units
• Wax Melt Bars - Minimum of 40 units

Repeat Orders:

• Candles - Minimum of 12 units
• Wax Melt Bars - Minimum of 20 units

discounts + pricing.

we offer a tiered discount system based on quantity ordered:

Candles
12-48 candles - 35% discount (£11.70 each)
49-96 candles - 40% discount (£10.80 each)
97+ candles - 45% discount (£9.90 each)

Wax Melt Bars
20-99 candles - 35% discount (£2.60 each)
100-199 candles - 40% discount (£2.40 each)
200+ candles - 45% discount (£2.20 each)

Products must be sold at or above the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to maintain a fair marketplace.

Prices include VAT and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice via email.

payment terms.

First Orders - We require first orders to be paid for at the time of ordering by either debit/credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Repeat Orders - After 3 successful orders, we may offer Net 30 payment terms, meaning we invoice you for payment for your order within 30 days of delivery.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly late fee and may result in a return to pre-payment terms for future orders.

shipping + delivery.

Orders will be shipped 7-10 working days after payment is received, or credit approval for existing stockists.

Shipping fees are calculated based on total weight and added to your invoice.

We offer shipping via Royal Mail (other couriers available on request). Any damage occurring during transit should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If packages are lost during transit, please raise this with the carrier in the first instance. We will support where possible.

returns + exchanges.

All wholesale orders are final. We can only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will assess and apply a credit/refund where applicable.

product variations.

As all of our products are handmade, you should expect slight variations in colour and/or appearance. These differences are not considered defects.

We believe these variations add to the charm and uniqueness of each product.

exclusivity.

We do not guarantee geographical exclusivity. However, we will make efforts to ensure fair distribution among retailers within the same area to avoid oversaturation.

Requests for exclusivity can be discussed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

resale + branding.

Our products must be sold in original Cera Fusa packaging. Any relabelling, rebranding or repackaging is prohibited without prior consent.

Products must not be re-sold in a wholesale format to other merchants.

Online re-sale is only permitted on approved websites. Items must not be sold via platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay or any social media stores (including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Shop).

Use of our imagery, logos or product descriptions requires prior approval.

intellectual property.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, product names, visual assets and brand names are the intellectual property of Cera Fusa. Wholesale customers are not permitted to use our branding or imagery without prior consent.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

termination of agreement.

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Any outstanding invoices or balances must be settled in full upon termination.

We reserve the right to terminate the wholesale agreement immediately in cases of breach of the terms outlined on this page.

confidentiality.

All pricing, product information and terms of this wholesale agreement must remain confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

If we suspect that this confidentiality has been breached, we reserve the right to terminate your agreement with immediate effect.
