Candle Care
When you receive your candle, there are a few steps to take with the first burn to ensure you get the best out of it:
- Remove all packaging from the candle and recycle it
- Trim the wick to approx. 0.5cm before lighting
- Once lit, you must allow the wax pool to melt fully, otherwise, you will experience ‘tunnelling’.
- Only extinguish once the wax pool has achieved full surface melt
Trim the wick to 0.5cm before each subsequent burn.
Caution. Never leave unattended. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable items. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Adding a Gift Message
If you'd like us to include a free hand-written gift message in the box, please make sure to tick 'add free gift message' in the cart before checking out. Please include names for 'to' and 'from' and a short message.
Packaging
All our candles are made and packaged in 100% recyclable materials.
Your candle is kept safe in a cotton drawstring bag which is biodegradable and definitely re-usable!
If you choose to have your product shipped to you it'll come in a fully recyclable box, with biodegradable protective shredded paper.
We care about our planet and hope you do too. Please reuse and recycle.
Delivery
All our products are handmade, which means we need time to put them together. Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare you order, and then up to 5 working days for delivery (depending on which method of delivery you choose).
We use Royal Mail because they have the lowest carbon footprint in the UK!
