Candle Care
When you receive your candle, there are a few steps to take with the first burn to ensure you get the best out of it:
- Remove all packaging from the candle and recycle it
- Trim the wick to approx. 0.5cm before lighting
- Once lit, you must allow the wax pool to melt fully, otherwise, you will experience ‘tunnelling’.
- Only extinguish once the wax pool has achieved full surface melt
Trim the wick to 0.5cm before each subsequent burn.
Caution. Never leave unattended. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable items. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Adding a Gift Message
If you'd like us to include a free hand-written gift message in the box, please make sure to tick 'add free gift message' in the cart before checking out. Please include names for 'to' and 'from' and a short message.
Packaging
All our candles are made and packaged in 100% recyclable materials.
Your candles are kept safe in a recyclable kraft cardboard box.
If you choose to have your product shipped to you it'll come in a fully recyclable box, with biodegradable protective shredded paper.
We care about our planet and hope you do too. Please reuse and recycle.
Shipping
Please note that due to the nature of the festive trio packaging, you may find that the candles have shifted during transit. We try to mitigate this as much as possible with protective shredded paper.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and delays may occur in the festive season which are outside of our control.
